QuestionHi!
What exactly the digestion times of foods mean? How does it effect my fat loss and exercise, in terms of pre&post exercise meals?
I'm 22 years old (female), 5'6" tall.. 1 year ago, I was 101.2lbs with 14% body fat and I was looking great. with no visible cellulite.
Last 7months, I had to stop going to the gym and I'm now 114 pounds, with visible cellulite. I'll start my exercise routine soon, I'm sure I'll lose weight easily but I don't want to look saggy. I just want to eliminate the appearance of cellulite and lose some fat... without losing too much muscle.. what are the main things I should be doing??
Thanks!
Answer
Formula 3 Protein Powd
Hi Cicek,
From what you have said about being in good shape, and then changing so much just from not going to the gym, has to point at what you are/are not eating.
Unless your eating habits have changed, it looks like the exercise you were doing before was just enough to put off the bad diet.
So, concentrate on your eating habits and choosing fresh foods that are not ready made. Also, you must drink way more water to avoid that cellulite! 8-10 glasses a day.
As for digestive times, you really want a fast digesting protein based food after exercise so it can replenish the muscles. At other times you want slow digesting so you feel fuller for longer.
You won't lose muscle so long as you maintain a high level of protein in your meals.
Hope this helps
