AnswerFirst, no supplement will make you lose weight on its own- It requires a balanced, healthy diet and exercise.
CLA is found in dairy products and has been shown in some studies to help aid weight loss, though there is some dispute. You should not take CLA if you are diabetic,(it can raise blood sugar) have heart disease(It can raise C-reactive proteins) or have any allergies to food, dyes or preservatives(additives in the pills may trigger an attack).
Omega 3 is an essential fatty acid- If you aren't eating salmon, tuna or other oily fish twice a week this is probably a good idea. ALA is another type of Omega 3 from vegetarian sources like flax or chia.It is also good. HOWEVER if you have low blood pressure, bleeding issues or are on blood thinners consult with your doctor first.
Omega 6 we get more than we need in our diet and has been shown to be unhealthy in the amounts that we get- I wouldn't take this one.
L carnitine is an amino acid- a building block of protein. If you aren't getting your essential amino acids it can cause problems, but if you supplement what you are already getting plenty of, you can cause problems.
I suggest you go to NutritionData.com and input the food you eat in a typical day, they have tools to look at your amino acid profiles and other things. This will give you a better idea of what to supplement and what to leave alone.
Hope this helps,
