I have a question regarding weight issues I am 27 5'6 200lbs
I no i could lose some pounds but i feel strong and healthy
My step sister on the other hand i am worried about she is very skinny 5'7 95-100lbs. its also a hard thing to talk to her about. I no she thinks i am to fat the subject on health and fitness came up! she seems to think you need to be skin and bones to be fit and strong. I told her that was not true that you can be fat and still fairly fit I also told her that i was probably as fit if not fitter than her
she just laughed at me.So i asked her to come to the local gym with me tomorrow she agreed. I felt silly but maybe it would prove a point a convince her to eat more her arms and legs and chest are very bony and her arms are very very weak I no because when we go shopping together she struggles with some of the bags witch i have to carry for her because she's to weak. So the hole gym thing we decided to challenge each other on the tread mill we set both the machines at the same speed just a brisk walk after about 10mins i could see she was struggling and at about 15mins she nearly fainted Her husband came along with us he had to help her to sit down he is also very worried about her. I felt really bad because she was so upset and maybe embarrest in front of her hubby. I don't no if i did the right thing or not??. Maybe it was just me that needed to feel good about being a little fat because beating her it did feel good although i felt sorry for her as well does that sound dumb?? I have just always felt that women with a bit of fat on there bones are stronger than skinny women am i right in thinking this??. I went around to see her and asked her how she was going i could tell she wasn't happy. She snapped back to me I feel like you have just sued me for all i am worth that's how i feel she also feels that her husband must think i am the better women did i do the wrong thing beating her in front of her husband??
I only want to help her.

Seems like you were offering a reality check in terms she could accept, but didn't. When the messenger brings bad news, many want to just shoot the messenger.
All of you now, focus on total health and move on toward it.
