Questionhello! i'm alex, and i am 17 years old. I am really short for my age, about 4'9
or 4'10. about 10 months ago i weighed 145 lbs. as of today i weigh about
115!! here is my "dilemma" haha
i've lost a little over 30 pounds, over the last 9-10 months. and my thighs are
JUST NOW starting to get smaller. but i've noticed to be loosing more fat in
my left thigh, than my right. and it is not just me, my mom sees it too. i don't
think it is "extra or loose" skin, because i have not been crash dieting, i've
been eating correct and exercising. i just think it is simply stubborn fat. it's
so annoying!!
is there a reason why i'm loosing fat in my left thigh quicker/more than my
right? is there any exercise i can do to work both of my thighs at the same
time.
i am most self conscious about my thighs more than any part of my body, so
this has been bothering me for some time. i really want my thighs to slim
down just a little more before july.
oh and also my thighs are only big on the upper part and the inside. my legs
are so disproportional, it's really irritating. they are like huge on the top, and
then they are perfect the rest of the way down my leg.. am i the only one? do
you maybe understand what i am talking about from experience or
anything...
thanks!
AnswerHi Alex,
You could tailor your exercises to doing more reps for the bigger leg.
Also, your body may just be pre-dispositioned to losing fat faster in certain areas- don't worry as it will all even out.
Image is a big pressure at your age but try not to go on what others think.
You could also try to do more calf and lower leg weights exercises- but this time you need heavier weights.
Make sure your meals include quality protein as this is the building blocks for muscle and fat loss.
Sorry I cannot be more specific but the basics work for nearly everyone, so go for it!
All the best.
