QuestionI have a degree in nutrition, but I have warped taste buds! I crave and eat an excess of carbs (chips, choc, potatoes, daily!) I Hate vegetables & fruits, and I can't eat salads. (Literally, I only will eat WK corn, white potatoes, fried okra for vegs; banana & apple occasionally). The rest is junk. What can I do to stop the cravings & eat better? I don't even like tomato juice. Thanks!

I'm sorry if I offended, but you are in a very bad health situation and while I could sit here and list all the myriad reasons why veggies are sooooo important- You already know them- you have a degree in nutrition.
You can try getting recipes from http://www.thesneakychef.com or from the Jessica Seinfeld's book Deceptively Delicious- but if the issue is psychological, knowing that the veggies are there will be enough to set you off, whether you can actually taste them or not, and you will have to deal with that .
