QuestionHi Richard,
Could you tell what excercises I can do to improve my lower abs? I find when I do situps, I have good upper abs but my lower abs are lagging. Is the angle that the situps are done have an effect on which area of the abs are worked more?
Thx for any of your answers
AnswerInverted (or at least legs raised) crunches. Situps isolate the hip flexors more than the abs.
And remember, you'll only see those abs after you burn off all of the fat over them!
