Questionhi im 21 year old female and im trying to lose 30 pounds in 3 months how can i do it please help. also i go to sleep around 5am and wake up around 3pm is that stopping me from losing weight
AnswerDear Erica, I don't think your sleeping habit will limit your weight loss. To lose 30 pounds in three months or 10 pounds in a month is going to be hard to do. To try to lose that amount of weight you will have to exercise for 30-45 minutes or more everyday plus count calories. A good daily amount of calories would be around 1500 per day. Healthy foods like chicken, fish, vegetables, whole fruit, whole grain bread, and low fat dairy contain less calories so you can eat more. Fast foods, pizza, pasta, fried foods and foods that contain sugar and fat contain a lot more calories, so you have to be careful if you eat those foods. Start tomorrow!
