Questionhey i'm 17 i'm training during the off season of a long wrestling season. my main goals is to gain muscle mass and i wanted to know if it's possible for me to drink lean body shakes. my mother thinks i don't need them because she thinks they might mess with my hormones or something and she doesn't think i know what i'm doing even though i read plenty of information from muscle and fitness magazines and information from websites for information. answer ASAP!

Drinking PROTEIN shakes will not "mess with your hormones" however make sure you're drinking PLENTY of water throughout the day because excess protein may harm your liver and kidneys if you don't.
I would recommend ONE shake a day following your weight lifting. Beyond that, just eat healthy.
