QuestionHello Maam!
I have a fiance of 19 years. Her weight was 75 KG but now her weight is 60KG. she is looking pretty slim now but the only problem is now her hips. they are still very big and lookin very bad.
Kindly plz can you suggest any thing for decreasing hips size.

If she lose some more weight, she might be able to decrease her hip size.
She can lose 2 lbs/week by increasing her metabolism and reduce her calorie intake.
To increase her metabolism:
1. Drink 3-5 cups of green tea/day
2. Eat brown rice as your staple food
3. Do strength training exercise
