QuestionI'm 15,I'm really overweight,and I have to dreams. I want to become an Athletic Trainer and a Pro Wrestler.Only thing is,I've never exercised in my life,I eat alot of junk food,because I like it and thats all my parents buy.Either that or theres no food in the house at all.These are the two things i really want out of life. I have really bad motivation.

The first thing you need to do is talk to your parents- get them on your side. Tell them that you want to eat healthier and what your goals are. That way they can back you up with healthier food choices and motivation.
