AnswerThough there's plenty of research showing that vitamin deficiency can cause sleep problems, little is known about the other way around. However, we do know that sleep deprivation results in impaired cognitive and physical performance as well as accelerated aging. We do know that these functions can be improved by proper nutrition. So, it's not unreasonable to conclude that we can counteract some of the harm done by sleep deprivation by these foods and nutrients:
