I would have to have an awful lot more information about YOU to tell you any specific details.
And I never recommend anyone to try to lose a certain amount of weight by a certain date... what will happen then? Will you relax, breathe a sigh of relief, go back to eating the way you were, and gain it all back to write and ask me the same question in preparation for New Year's?
In order to lose weight, you should eat more foods that are good sources of protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals, and fewer foods that provide mostly fat and sugar without a lot of nutrition.
Eating 4-5 small meals a day helps increase your metabolism, as does exercise.

There is no predicting how much you can lose--I encourage you to start eating healthier now, whether or not you are 180 lbs or 150 pounds on your vacation!
My best advice is to write down what you eat for a while--It makes you stop and think about what you are doing and whether or not you are hungry... or maybe you need something else at the time (like something to occupy your mind because you are bored, or taking a walk because you are stressed, or talking to a friend!)
