Question
Over the past year I lost 40 lbs. then for the past 5 months i havent lost a single lb more. I work out at least four times a week and do weight training sessions two times a week. I took a body fat test that says I havent lost any body fat in a couple months either. Any suggestions?
I feel like "whats the use".

Answer
Id have to know what your eating and your training. I cant really tel you anything from what you have given me except obviously you are not in a calorie deficite any longer. Is that from eating not near enough and wrecking your metabolism, poor training choices, poor food choices etc I dont know.
