QuestionHow many calories should I take in per day to lose weigh. I run any where from 3-5 miles per day and try to get some strength training in 3x per week. I weigh 188lb am 5'5" tall and have already lost 16 lbs.
Answerat the very least I would start at 1900 calories per day and likely a bit higher. Start there and then youll have to adjust after two weeks up or down dependent on how fast your losing more then two lbs a week, up, none, then down. There are NO equations that can give you an exact answer just educated guesses to adjust from.
