QuestionI recently started eating better. i weigh 330lbs. What if i eat like a person who is maintaining their weight of 150lbs, will i eventually slim doen to 150lbs?

If you eat like a person half your weight you will end up with no energy, illness, and your fat will become even more difficult to shift.
Do not try to do what others are doing if they are not the same shape, activity level, etc,etc...in short, try to not look to others.
For you, the simple truth is that you create a balance of fresh and healthy meals, water and exercise. Eat 6 small portions a day, and include quality protein with each meal. Buy fresh produce and stay away from ready made /convenience meals.
If you need extra help with the will power or cooking, then I suggest going for the nutrition shake.
