hi i was wondering how can i lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks. i been on weight watchers and workout a hour a day 5 times a week for 3 months and haven't lost a pound.

Hi,

If you've already been strictly following a low calorie diet and exercising an hour a day 5 days a week, I truly have nothing else to offer you--the way to lose weight is always to eat less and exercise more, and if you have not lose a single pound after 3 months of faithfully doing this every day, I can only suggest you see your physician to find out if there is something going on with your metabolism.

If, on the other hand, you have "mostly" been following the diet, I would take a look at how many days you stay within your points and how many work-outs you have missed in 12 weeks--it's pretty hard to keep up what you're doing consistently for 90 days in a row without life getting in the way!  If you haven't ever kept a food and exercise journal, give it a try for a couple of weeks to see if you might be subconsciously straying more than you realize.
