QuestionI'm a female 25 years old, 50kg, 147cm tall. I'm having a belly problem, I'm not sure whether it is belly fat or gastric.Whenever I eat a food my stomach starts swelling. When I'm empty the swelling decreases, but it looks like I'm having excess fat on both sides of my stomach. I didn't have all this before , it started to happen before one year ago.At that time I didn't face any problem. No gastric,no Swelling, and I had about 40-42kg. I went to 3 Doctors, all of them said it's gastric ,and now I'm tired of taking medicines. Some of those medicines have a good effect on Swelling, but as soon as I quiet medication, the Swelling continues. Genrally when I wake up in the morning , the gastric is not there, but those fats still exists on both sides and front of the stomach. It feels like that I'm holding a weight in my stomach, ofcouse it increases when Swelling appears. Now i'm not taking any medication.I use to go walk in the morning and do crunchs and some more exercices.I use to eat very little. But if I stay too long with out a meal the Swelling appears too.And to sit on a place for long time is very difficult for me. Please help me with this, and what are the best exercises and foods for me,and how do I manage my diet?If I use a specific execising mechine, would it help me? Thank you.
AnswerThis is something you should talk to a DOCTOR about. I'm a weight-loss expert - I can't help you with medical problems.
As far as losing BELLY FAT?br>
I get asked this question all the time. The bottom line is: you can't spot reduce belly fat. Just like you can't drain the deep end of a pool first, you can't reduce belly fat until all of the rest of the fat is off your body.
