QuestionHi I was wondering what are some advice tips on how to gain weight. Im 110 at 23 years of age and I wear a size 3 jeans, I think I need to gain a healthy 5 pounds but how do I go about gaining a healthy weight and still look good? The best way is to be active. Train with resistance, various activities, sports etc, what ever you enjoy then add a good bit of just good food and some junk. if you play hard and eat mostly good foods youll gain good weight.
Just remember if you add more activity then you are doing now you also have to eat more for that added activity. You cant just simple eat more and train more they will cancel one another out.
Foods if 90% of the time you stick to red meat, fish, poultry, dairy, eggs, fruits and veggies, as well as nuts and seeds and oils you WILL add good weight if you eat more total then you are now. An easy and healthy way is to add more good fats to your diet, whole eggs, dairy (cheeses, milks, butter) seeds, nuts, nut butters, olive oil, fish oil. They pack 9 calories per gram compared to 4 of protein and carbs,
