QuestionQUESTION: hi, my name is tarry. i'm 14, i weigh 159 pounds, i'm 5 foot 6, and i'm over weight, over this upcoming summer, im trying to lose about thirty pounds, nothing seems to work, so i need a helpful honest accurate answer. here is my situation, i'm gonna be stuck in the house all summer, i hate sports, and our main food source is fast food, can you help me, can you give me a diet and exercise plan or something? please help!
ANSWER: The bottom line is going to be (1) you need to stop eating fast food, and (2) you need to get some exercise. Take a walk. Go for a bike ride. Swim. Do something. You can't sit around in the house and lose weight unless you starve yourself, and that's not healthy.

QUESTION: alright, thats logical, thanks, so heres my question, i think i have jump rope somewhere around here, would that help? well i would be retarded if i really meant that, but how long and how many days a week? please help me one more time.
AnswerDid you go to my web site and read the section on exercise? There are TONS of ideas up there.
Jumping rope is good for people who are already in decent shape. It's not easy to do. I would start with brisk walking then move up to jogging or cycling - maybe lift some weights.

Are you out of work and looking for a new job (or know someone who is), but find that everyone who is hiring is looking for someone with computer skills? You're not alone. It's hard to find a job without knowing how to use a computer.
In today's offices, you need to understand how to use Microsoft Windows, write a document in Microsoft Word, or even work with spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel. Unfortunately, classroom-based computer training can be expensive - sometimes hundreds of dollars a day. If you're out of work, it's hard to afford!
I want to do my part to help people in this tough economy. I have put together a special training CD that includes over six hours of video tutorials that I'm giving away absolutely FREE to anyone who's currently out of work and looking for a job. If this describes you, click here:
