QuestionHello
I hope I am in the right category. Hope you can help.
Is it true that you should take your fruits before having
your meals and not after. If yes, why is this so and how
long you should eat your fruits before your meal ie the time
difference between eating fruit and your meal.
Thank you. Your reply is very much appreciated.
Sincerely
Eddie Chan
AnswerEddie-
You can yes you dont have to by any means. Eating an apple before say a meal out can be great for someone looking to lose weight. The apple then fills you up a bit has pectin which is a filing fiber that will hopefully take the place of other caloric dense foods you may have eaten.
It all depends on your goals, for instance I am avoiding fruit right now a bit and high fiber as I am eating to gain weight and strength.
