This is going to sound crazy- but you need a vacation. Over the next 3 days I want you to eat one "cheat meal" each day. Don't go crazy- but throw your body an extra 300 calories or so.
After that 3 day time period I want you to shake up your exercise routine. For the next 3 weeks do some biking or swim. I don't know what is available to you but you want to find something that is completely different from what you are doing now. Find a yoga tape or dance aerobics. For those 3 weeks try something completely different. This will shake up what your body expects and, most of the time, will be enough to get you out of the rut.
Hope this helps,
Lela Simon
