QuestionI want to design a lunch meal that is low in caloric and is such that it can also finish the hunger. a salad type lunch. Please advice me what should i add as ingredients. Cabbage, apple, grapes and what else that also give a suitable taste also.

Actually most vegetables are very low in calories. If you use fat free dressings, then you would have a very low calorie lunch.
For most of my clients, I suggest them to eat Asian style vegetable stir fry because we don't use creamy dressings that are usually very high in calories & fat content.
