QUESTION: i just finished a detox program (dr celltox)21 days. organic fresh veg juice 3 times a day.fruit.raw soaked almonds.herbs all great stuff.i feel clean and light. lost 7 lbs in 15 days.gym 5 days a week.im still eating the same way.im vegan.i have not lost anymore lbs in the past 2 1/2 weeks.i still need to lose 8/10 lbs to firm up.i dont care what i weigh i just need to firm up. help please

ANSWER: Angela,
You need to make sure you are getting balance protein and you need to be doing proper strength training. Follow up with info about your current workouts so I can get a picture of what you are doing now.

QUESTION: i walk 3miles to the gym then bike machine hill level 4 for 24min.then leg work outs for 30min. then upper body 30min then sauna then shower then 3mies home. 5/6 days a week

If you are doing that just about every day- THAT'S TOO MUCH! You are experiencing overtraining syndrome. I would suggest that for the next 2 weeks you try some yoga classes and only train 3 days a week at a much reduced level to let your body recover.
Then when you have had time to get "normalized" separate your workouts. Let the biking to the gym be your warm up- then do a 45 minute lower body workout. Next day same thing only upper body. Then ride in and take a class ( Cardio or Yoga). By doing so much- especially right after a cleanse when your body is in recovery mode anyway- you are actually making it harder for yourself to lose weight.
