QuestionHello Lela,
here is the answer to your question.
I'm 25 y/o female. I don't binge, but I eat big portions usually at lunch time(maybe because I don't eat enough fibre or protein to keep me full,I tend to eat carbs a lot.)I weghted 105 LBS not 100 like I said earlier and right now is 110(maybe some of that is muscle, not sure) I tend to work out once twice a week on scale 1-10 probably 7 at the moment i'm trying to be at the gym 3 times a week strictly and push myself a bit. I do weght lifting, legs, arms, back, chest, abs
Thank You in advance!
Hi Lela,
About three weeks ago I sighned up for gym, started working out, didn't see any results yet, maybe just a bit. I started to eat a lot, gaining weight noticably, I was 100 lbs(I'm 5'2") NOW I'M 115 lbs I think(feels more like 150) I skipped gym couple times where I went only once a week, now I'm trying to get back on track. MY hips and belly visibly big :( I'm very dissapointed and don't know what to do,I feel like I'm constantly hungry and have to eat and i DO EAT! How can I slim down again,it's affecting my self-esteem.
What am I doing wrong?? :(
Thank You!

Following is the reason:
I need more info- What kind of workouts were you doing? How often, how hard ( scale of 1 easy 10 killer) ? Would you call your eating "binges"? How old are you?
Thanks Lela

AnswerDaria,
First, give yourself at least 6 weeks to see real results.
Second,If you are putting on muscle ( which you probably are) you will see the number on the scale go up, you will also notice more hunger- you need to make sure you are getting enough protein and leave the processed carbs alone- they will make you BLOAT. The other important thing is getting enough water- being a little dehydrated will leave you a bloated mess- I had a client that lost 3 pounds in one day, based entirely on drinking enough water to flush away all the toxins in her system (drink 8 oz every hour for 12 hours.
Be patient, pay attention to what you are eating and you will see results :)
Have a great day!
