QuestionI plan on eating 1350 calories approx.
My macros line up as this: 30% Fat 30% Protein 40% Carbs.
I just want to know if this will work. What do you guys think?
Problem, is I drink 2 cups of Milk which is 270 Calories, 90 calories from fat, 22 grams of sugar and 22 grams of protein.
Im thinking about adding another 2 cups of milk to the 1350 calories to boost it up to 1620 calories which might be better.
Im concerned about going a little bit over my saturated fat intake a bit and the sugar in the milk.
AnswerPersonally, I prefer 40/40/20 (protein, carbs, fat), but you need to figure out what works best for you.
As far as milk goes, why not switch to FAT FREE milk or SOY milk? Same nutrients, less fat.
