QuestionHi thank you for taking the time to look at my question. I am 5'4 and 229lbs. I used to be more but i have lost 50 pounds thanks to portion control and walking. I would like to take off another 100 pounds but I'm not sure i can do it this way. Do you have any tips or advice for me? Just so you know I joined my local YMCA and I hate vegetables. So I've got options for exercising but few for food. If you could help I'd really appreciate it.
AnswerAngela, if you've already lost 50 pounds, I would say KEEP DOING what you're doing! That's awesome.
