QuestionI would really like to slim down mt thighs so I can find bottoms easier. My waist and stomach are just right, but my thighs are too big, throwing off the balance, which makes it hard for me to find pants, shorts, and just bottoms in general. Do you have any ideas as to how I can slim down my thighs so they will be in proportion with the rest of my body?
AnswerDear Cami, You can't change your genetics. If your thighs are big because of your bone structure and muscle mass, then that's hard to fix. You can always tone a muscle and it will appear thinner. To tone down your thighs, the stair stepper is a good exercise machine to try. Forty five minutes three times a week will really tone your thighs and will help burn fat.
