I am having a heck of a time losing. Can I have nothing but meal replacements in place of my solid food, till I my test. It is only 4 weeks.

I could also have 2 meals and two MRP

I need help. If I can just drink meal replacements in place of my solid food I will do that the best I can. The MRP have loads of minerals and vitamins.

Answer
Yes, meal replacements are designed to give you the nutrients you need in far fewer calories.  If you have a month's time you could definitely lose between 10 and 15 pounds.
Consider the 2 meal replacements and 2 meals to keep you more full and increase your chances of sticking with it for a few  weeks.

Think about why you are having trouble:  Are you being too restrictive and then getting so hungry you overeat?  Having difficulty eliminating certain foods?  If there's anything that works for you, such as turning to water or carrots or something filling and healthy when you feel like eating, try a strategy like this.

Exercising will help burn calories too, and over a month it can make a significant difference: it doesn't have to be working out for 90 minutes or running 5 miles!  If you weren't doing much before, then walking 30 minutes a day will do the trick.

Good luck ;)
