Questionhow to lose 10 pounds in 1 week and how to gain biceps and how to get better abs
thank you richard
Answer10 pounds in 1 week is not SENSIBLE for long-term weight loss. Sure, you can shed a quick 10 pounds if you're going to a class reunion or a wedding and need to squeeze into a tight pair of pants, but it's not healthy weight loss.
Biceps? Start working those dumbell curls.
Abs? You need to get below 10% body fat to have any chance of seeing a sixpack. That means lots of cardio and proper diet.
