I AM 23 YRS OLD AND I WAY 225LBS. IM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TYPE OF SHAKE TO DRINK DURING THE DAY. I KNOW THAT STARVATION HAPPENS IN HOURS NOT DAYS SO I WAS WONDERING IF YOU COULD SUGGEST ONE. I EAT GREAT ITS JUST AT WORK ITS HARD TO BRING EXTRA FOOD TO MAKE SURE THAT MY CAORIC INTAKE IS STEADY THROUGHOUT THE DAY. ANY INFO WOULD BE HELPFUL

Who told you starvation happens in hours?? It depends on how big of a meal you had. If you have a BIG hearty meal it can last HOURS! if you eat like a bird sure you can easily get in a negative nitrogen balance. I suggest either eat BIGGER when you know you will go along while without more food. (There were plenty of BIG physiques built on a few big meals a day)OR yes get a protein shake or bring food with you to snack on.
As far as a shake. Depends on your goals if you just looking to boost your protein and make sure your in a positive nitrogen balance, bring plain whey shake, like American Whey or On 100% whey, or a chicken breast can of tuna, beef jerky, If your needing caloires then an MRP with fat and carbs would be in order or other foods with protein fats and carbs, a big glass of milk, nuts and granola, etc
