QuestionI was impressed with your background information so wanted to ask some questions. I'm 50 yrs old and of course have tried every diet there is. I'm tired of the yo-yo dieting. I can never find a routine of dieting that lasts very long and get totally frustrated. What kind of suggestions can you give me to be healthy,have energy and stay well. Thank you
