Dear Lela
I抦  glad  I抦 getting the chance to contact you! My friends have told me lots about your speed and helpfulness 
So I抦 a 16 year old Kickboxer with  a fit body my problem is I抦 kind of small no big muscles that support me I take hits with much more pain than my Big friends do! I play with peers who have full bodies ( sportive u know not like fat) I just want to know what shall I do to get a full body
IM NOT SEEKING MUSCLES! I DO HAVE MUSCLES so please don抰 suggest lifting weights
I抦 thin and petite not Big and FULL which is the PERFECT
Any hints or diets are much appreciated! Thanks a lot

A lot of size has to do with genetics and there isn't much to be done about that- but you can do some things with diet- and how you exercise.

I'm going to correct you, you are seeking muscles- bigger muscles- and there is a difference between training for size and training for strength.

If you want to get bigger you need to eat more calories. Start with 250 extra calories per day; what ever you like as long as it is not sugar.

Next, when you work out try going with very heavy weights for fewer repetitions (4-5 reps before it gets very hard). When you do lots of repetitions you burn calories and stay small. Also avoid doing too much cardio for a while- or if you do, eat to make up for it!
