AnswerFouad,
A lot of size has to do with genetics and there isn't much to be done about that- but you can do some things with diet- and how you exercise.
I'm going to correct you, you are seeking muscles- bigger muscles- and there is a difference between training for size and training for strength.
If you want to get bigger you need to eat more calories. Start with 250 extra calories per day; what ever you like as long as it is not sugar.
Next, when you work out try going with very heavy weights for fewer repetitions (4-5 reps before it gets very hard). When you do lots of repetitions you burn calories and stay small. Also avoid doing too much cardio for a while- or if you do, eat to make up for it!
Hope this helps,
Lela Simon
