QuestionI need a little advice so I got a few questions. I am 20 years old and 195 lbs so I don抰 need to loose to much body weight for say but I DO need to loose fat, my lower stomic and legs are kind of bad. I went to your website and found it helpful but I think talking to you will help more, cause I?tired of not being motivated enough in the mornings to work out and I?tired of going to the gym and having no set workout program and just doing random stuff, so I was wondering if you could help me figure out a work out program or maybe even point me to a fitness book that has them so I can develop a program that is right for me
AnswerLosing fat is a combination of BURNING calories and EATING less. You need both.
Now as far as getting motivated goes, you need to find something that YOU enjoy. If you don't like working out, then find an activity like softball or swimming that you can do. Anything to get you moving will burn calories. You have to look forward to it every day.
Me? I personally hate jogging and other stationary activities, so I lift weights more often, swim in the summer, play softball, and ride my bike when I can.
