i am 15 years old and weigh 127 pounds (58 kilograms) and am about 170 centimetres tall. i want to lose the layer of fat on my stomach so as to show 6 pack abs. 4 sets of 12 crunches with 30 second breaks each night, and 20 push ups. i go for runs 3 times a week before breakfast and 3 times a week before dinner. i have wheatbicks with bannana for breakfast, have a banana at first break at school, sometimes even a salad roll, and drink plenty of water. after school i have a can of soft-drink and sometimes lollies or hot chips with friends. upon arrving home i usually have some yoghurt and a few ginger nuts. i walk to school, which is roughly 6 kilometres, and back. when i run i run for about a half hour, with high intensity sprints and then walking, then sprinting again, and finally jogging the final stretch home. what do you reccomend for me to lose this belly fat and became leaner overall?

You have to be below 10% body fat to have a visible 6 pack- IF you want that you have to be disciplined- no junk food! Diet is 80% of the fight. I would suggest some lifting- compound movements like squats, deadlifts and clean and presses that build core strength are ideal. Keep up the Interval Cardio, that will do you good.
