Hello,

My name is Bryanna and I am 15 years old. I have a slower metabolism then most, so I guess you could say that I'm an easy keeper when it comes to food. I eat a lot of fruits and veggies, but yet I still can't seem to reduce my weight. I was wondering how to put the proper types of exercise and good dieting habits together to reduce my weight. I am heaviest in my butt and upper thighs. Any advice would help!
