Questionhi im 26 female 5'3 n gained 40+ lb im now 199lb almost
nothing works i mean i try doing gym diet for a while n just cant loose any wt
im really in trouble can u tell me some pills which can help me reducing some wt with the help of my few min (20-30 min) gym
please i really need it as im planning to conceive in some couples of months
so i want to be healthy

AnswerDear Z, You need to figure out why you gained this weight in the first place, then change those habits. I have no recommendations on pills, you would have to see your doctor for that. Also pills will not work if you don't change the habits that made you gain weight in the first place. To lose weight, get down to basics; diet and exercise. Eat around 1500 calories per day, everyday. Pick foods that are filling and low in carbs. Lean meats, chicken, fish, salads, whole fruit, low fat dairy, vegetables, and whole grain breads are some examples. Read labels and write down or download a diet program that keeps track of your intake. Limit fast food, pasta, rice, sugar, cookies, crackers, and ice cream to name a few. Exercise should consist of 30 minutes of walking in the morning, and thirty minutes of walking in the evening.
