AnswerI understand your desire to lose weight and to want it to be fast and easy, but I have to tell you that is just not going to happen.
There are no pills that will make you lose weight: if there were you would know about it from Oprah and she would be skinny--does that make sense!
My best advice is to buy a pretty journal and write down everything you eat and your daily exercise. Come up with some easy and sensible goals, like "I will go for a 10 minute walk on three days this week" and "I will eat at least 2 fruits every day on 5 days this week"... start aiming for healthier habits instead of a complete overhaul.
Diary-keeping makes you aware of your habits so you can see what you need to change. It often becomes quite obvious early on that there is a candy-bar habit or frozen-coffee-drink habit or snacking while watching tv that is adding a lot of calories and can be changed.
I'm glad you want to be healthy. Use this as your mantra: repeat many times during the day, "I want to be healthy to conceive a healthy baby and pass on healthy habits to my children"... soon you will begin thinking it instead of having to read it, and in a few weeks it will become a belief that will pop into your head when you feel like not going to the gym or indulging in an ice cream sundae--"NO!" your mind will be quick to tell you: "the most important thing to me is to be healthy, conceive a healthy baby, and pass along healthy habits to my children" and the craving for the sundae will go away.
It might sound fruity, these ideas, but believe me they work for everyone who has tried them :)
They are free, easy, and healthy, so I hope you will give them a try and let me know how it goes!
