Questioni am 13 years old and i weight 316 pounds well probley more now. i love to eat i eat all the time even if i am not hungry i still eat because i am bored. i just need elp i try to work out and eat healthy t just isnt working. u are my only hope i need help please i ambegging u before it is to late!
AnswerDear Karen, It would be very hard to lose weight on your own. Your weight puts you under the category of morbidly obese and the guidelines are that you need extra help. You should be under the care of a physician, dietician, and you should be under the care of a counselor. To lose weight, you need to walk everyday for at least 30 minutes and you need to follow a 1500-1800 calorie program like the Slimkids program. Next, you have motivate yourself, set goals and follow the actions that lead to accomplishing those goals. If you have tried to lose weight in the past, and just can't stick to a program, ask yourself why? A counselor can help you there. Start writing down your goals, and everyday as soon as you wake-up ask yourself "what will I be doing today to help accomplish my goals?" Then stick with it.
