QuestionI am about 30 pounds over weight however very out of shape. Every time i try to exercise or diet i just get sick. I exercise and almost faint. I count calories, eating healty, but can barely function at times. I am shaky, with headaches and just feel like I can barely keep my body sitting up straight at times. -Almost like my libs become heavy and I just need to lay down. How can I get myself healthy and inshape when it just makes me feel this bad. I know its my sugar levels, (I have been told I might be Hypoglycemic). It must be, but it almost seems better to have the the occasional crashes when I am not trying to be healthy. Its depressing! Im sick when I try to take care of my self. Please help.

The answer is to maintain a balance of nutrition on a daily basis. This will require discipline but the results will be well worth it- probably life changing for you.
Always try to have lean protein with each meal. Eat as much fresh veg as you want and drink 2l of water a day during the day.
Avoid dairy and white flour based foods, and sugary snacks.
Do not try to reduce your calories when using the above guidelines as your body needs to pump up it's energy and that can only be done with eating lots of the good foods while exercising.
This will take a few weeks but should solve your problems.
