I have been overweight for six years, since I graduated high school. I been taking medication for different problems like thyroid, depression and asmthma. How do I get disciplin? I am weak with dieting I end up eating the wrong foods from time to time. I was 150 then and I gained 88lbs in a year do to medication! How do I lose this weight? I am on the treadmill but not as much and I get bord easily. I like to eat the right foods. But now two new problems emerged I have high sugar and I cannot eat meats well I can eat chicken and turkey an ham but not other meats? I am puzzled. What to do? Can you help me out I am 23 and I want to look good when I turn 25 in two years. I carry weight in my arms and my stomach I am now 235 pounds at five foot three inches! HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Twenty years ago, I have the same problem. When I ate junk food, I couldn't stop. Until I understand about the Asian Slim Secrets.
This is what you need to do:
