QuestionDo weight loss pills/supplements help to loose more weight than just diet and exercise alone? I was thinking that it would take an individual longer to lose weight if you only diet and exercise. What do you think? If possible can you provide a website so I can do more research?

SOME diet pills have been proven to work, but most have crazy and sometimes permanent side effects (like heart palpitations!) Green tea has been proven effective, but you need to drink a lot of it (8 cups or the equivalent in the concentrate). Unfortunately there aren't a lot of credible sources online because many of the "experts" are selling something.
