I'm 28 years old , 2 weeks ago, i tall 5'2 feet and weight 105 pound. I would like a slimmy body so i have started to exercise with Aerobic, i have been doing it with DVD at home , 30 minute in the moring and 30 minute in the evening. I have also eaten not much, 6 small meal / a day and most of them are veagetable, general they are diet recipe. I take multive plus vitamin pills, fish oil (omega3-6-9) everyday. Though, after 2 weeks, i see my muscle look bigger. I'm so sad. What happened to me? I hope you can help me.Thank you so much.

At 5-2 and 105 lbs, you are at your normal weight. However, if you would like to lose some more weight, it's a good idea to exercise. Many women in the US like it when they have some "muscle definition" show in their body. If you don't like them, instead of exercising w/ the DVD, take a walk for 30 minutes a day.
