QuestionHi! I need to lose fat, and to do this i'm willing to run 30 min. every day, and i'm currently also weight lifting consistently at 3 times a week, to get stronger. But, to get stronger, i'm supposed to eat every roughly 3 hours, but how can i do this and lose fat at the same time?
AnswerHi Jamal,
You don't need to eat every 3 hour but if you do, eat small meals. You can eat foods that are high in complex carbohydrate (good carbs) and low in fat such as a boiled corn. You can also learn to prepare meals that are low in calories such as shown in this video:
