QuestionI'm enlisting in the Army very quickly after graduation. I weigh 182 lbs. This would be just fine and dandy but I'm only 5'5 and female.
I've started running every day. I eat every 3 hours. I eat appropriate foods (none of that good junk stuff). I don't drink sodas. But something is giong horribly wrong because I'm gaining weight. My midsection is getting smaller, but I doubt the recruiter--no, I know the recruiter isn't going to see it that way. I need to decrease my actual weight number without having to cut out my sit ups, running, or pushup routine.
I am a very healthy female.
AnswerHi Nonie,
Hard to tell, unless you started this program in 3 weeks or less.
You may have just put yourself into a sort of state of shock.
