Hello. I'm actually asian and hispanic. However, I didn't get the lovely asian physique I've always wanted. I'd like to lose 50 pounds by February or March. Is this possible with eating the right foods?  I'm a Vegetarian and I don't drink milk. I don't workout as much as I should because I'm trying to avoid becoming muscular. I'd like to look like Amerie, Kim Hee Sun, or Sung Yu Ri and finally achieve that asian physique. Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Eva,

Sorry for this late reply, we have Thanksgiving holiday here in the US. With my method, you can lose about 8-10 lbs/mo. So if you start now, you can lose up to 40 lbs by March.

To lose weight, you need to eat foods that are rich in resistant starch. I explain the benefit of resistant starch in this video:
