sir, i wanna know the food habit i must have..??
about d balanced dieting?
i take a good diet,but i am very slim,,i want to gain some amount of fat more todo exercise and gain some muscle...
at age of 24 , i am only 62 kg ,having height of 5feet and 11 inches..
am i underweight??
what should i do??or diet and ,fruits or anything i must take in diet,...any nutrition ???

I'm not sure if you are a vegetarian or not, but eating all plant foods tends to keep people more on the thin side.
It's difficult to get in a lot of calories when you're eating low calorie fruits and vegetables.
Be sure to eat several times a day. Nuts are a food with more calorie density than others. Dried fruits also have more calories.
When you can, have a snack of nuts and dried fruit between meals.
