sir, i wanna know the food habit i must have..??
about d balanced dieting?
i take a good diet,but i am very slim,,i want to gain some amount of fat more todo exercise and gain some muscle...
at age of 24 , i am only 62 kg ,having height of 5feet and 11 inches..
am i underweight??
what should i do??or diet and ,fruits or anything i must take in diet,...any nutrition ???
give me full explanation as much you can ....as it is needed by me...for that i will be very thankful to you...
AnswerNumber one you need to eat, just eat lots of food and when your not hungry eat more if your needing to gain. its not thats hard, when ever you are not full eat more get full
Limit the veggies and fruit to a minimum until you have learned to eat and gain, Eat grains, starchy veggies, and simple carbohydrates that are easily digested. Eat fatty beef, fish, poultry, eggs, dairy, nuts, seeds, oils, butter, Foods that are caloric-ally dense and wholesome. Do this for a month and see how things are then slowly add a more of the more veggies anb fruit if you are gaining weight.
