Questionhey there , i need so quick infromation . i am female ,15 years old , 5'6 and weigh 110 pounds . i am a work out junkie ( 3-4X a week) and eat superr superr healthy , no carbs , no fats , no fake or un-raw foods ! ) i eat "clean " as they would say . But yesterday my dada had his 40th birthday and he also had a veryyy indulging cake to go along with it . my parents a a bit concerned abotu my health and eating habits , sooo i promised them i would eat at leats 1 slice of his cake , just to make them at ease . It was a chocolate hazelnut layer cake with ganache frosting. i had about a pretty moderate slice , not to big , but at the same time not too too small. i would like to know , will i gain weight from this 1 time cake eating situation ? like if i go to the gym today and work out for about 3 hours , will the fat have time to deposit ? i would really like to not be so worried about this !
help please
thank you

AnswerThe cake doesn't worry me as much as your nutcase misinformation of what is healthy.
Calm down, smarten up and learn how to type using appropriate caps. There is a difference between enthusiasm and crazy.
Please see www.premiumfuel.com for info on real food vs. packing material.
If you are eating no carbs you are not healthy.
