i am asking this because I have been experiencing hypotension and hypoglycemia for the few past weeks
AnswerShehryar-
As for the hypoglycemia- the problem could likely be your heavy reliance on simple breads for most of your carbs and such a large % of your total food intake. Your Likely eating darn near a loaf a day.
I would look to up your whole, real foods, meats, fats veggies and fruit and much less of the processed breads which are used in the body like, but usually even faster then sugar, causing a spike and big crash in blood sugar, Your fat and protein intake is way to low and Iv have you get more red meat which is likely going to help the hypotension.
The hypotension first off its good to say in a healthy person it usually requires no medical attention. The first two things I would look at would be hydration. Are you dehydrated? Next would be your electrolyte level. How is your sodium and potassium intake are you eating salt? That and bump up the meats and veggies
