QuestionI wanted to get advice on how to lose the belly and the fat thighs. For one, i am not overweight. I just have a stomach and butt that sticks out. I know that cardio is the number one workout for fat lose but i also want more information on what foods to eat and what not to eat. i know fast foods are out of the question but what about foods that is made at home? I would take pills to help me out but i dont want to go through the side effects. About two years ago i went to golds gyms and lost 30 lbs. during the summer and a lot of people told that i have lost the weight but every time that i look down my stomach looks exactly the same when i barely started. i know that i wont lose it overnight, but i just want information.

Most people do not know that there are different types of fat that can be found in the human body. There is "good (brown) fat, there is normal fat and there is the fat that makes up cellulite. Many people who have problems losing weight from specific locations on their body usually have a problem with cellulite fat which is very difficult to get rid of.

Essentially, it requires a change in diet which would include lots of fresh, raw, unprocessed and preferably organic foods. Generally speaking weight issues are due to poor diet and can be reversed very effectively by adopting a more healthy diet program.
